Katie Simon (they/them) wrote SAFE SPACE, a dramedy anthology series about sexual assault survivors navigating sex and dating post-trauma. In the pilot, Mack, a bisexual woman, is dumped by her therapist and joins a support group to help her download a dating app for the first time since being assaulted. The pilot was ranked a Second Rounder at Austin Film Festival 2026.
